Sarai inserito nel team HR e avrai l'opportunità di conoscere tutti gli aspetti relativi alla total reward all’interno di una azienda farmaceutica.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

• Supportare il manager di riferimento nell’implementazione e gestione dei processi di compensation and benefit.

• Supportare l'organizzazione e la gestione delle analitiche aziendali e nel processo di Salary Review

• Supportare nella gestione e nel monitoraggio dei principali fornitori attivi

• Gestire tutte le attività in accordo con i Valori aziendali, del Codice Etico di AstraZeneca e nel rispetto delle normative nazionali e regionali
